Knit for the River

Knit for the River
A collective knitting project to knit for the river Cam. Join in by knitting your own small square out of natural undyed wool and help to support the environment. Each square of wool will be affixed to coir rolls which will shore up any eroded or damaged areas of the banks of the river unused by river craft. Watch out for knitting groups and events across Cambridge in the spring and summer of 2019, or request a Knit for the River pack to create your own square at home by emailing carolinejwright@btinternet.com. Suitable for beginner or experienced knitters.
